Departmental Objective Facilities Management is responsible for maintaining campus buildings utilizing the carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC trades as well as housekeeping and floor maintenance.
Purpose of the Position This position will maintain various floors by performing floor maintenance duties using various floor maintenance equipment and supplies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Related to Position
Knowledge of cleaning methods and cleaning supplies
Skilled in the use of floor maintenance equipment and supplies
Good organization skills
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Ability to work in teams
Ability to communicate effectively and to maintain positive relations with faculty, staff and students
Ability to work from 9 pm – 6 am, Monday – Friday
Education Required
High school graduate or equivalent education/experience that equates to a high school diploma
Experience Required

Salary Information Starting at $31,200, Commensurate with Education and Experience
