What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage incoming communications via phone calls, chats, emails, and cases through the CRM system
Provide first-level technical support for company websites and assist with customer inquiries
Handle claim management, including filing new claims and processing payments
Support loyalty programs and assist customers with reward redemptions
Collaborate with field teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 2 years related experience or training in a customer service role
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Strong written communication skills and ability to multitask efficiently
Reliable internet access for performing job duties and participating in virtual meetingsConsistent attendance and punctuality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Call center or customer service experience preferred
Automotive knowledge desired but not required
Bilingual in French/English or Spanish/English is a plus
