Position Summary :

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Restaurant Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across all 101 Hospitality brands. This full-time role is ideal for a hospitality-savvy marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multi-channel campaigns, social media engagement, and brand presence across both digital and in-store platforms. Travel between properties will be required

Key Responsibilities :

  • Email Marketing Management:
    Develop and execute email campaigns for events, menus, and promotions across all concepts. Manage mailing lists, A/B testing, and performance reporting.

  • Social Media Marketing Management:
    Create and manage content calendars; post regularly on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms; engage with followers and influencers.

  • Online Reputation Management:
    Monitor and respond to customer reviews across Yelp, Google, TripAdvisor, and OpenTable, maintaining brand voice and hospitality standards.

  • Website Management:
    Oversee all updates for brand websites, including content, menu changes, SEO optimization, and integrations with reservation and ordering platforms.

  • Event Promotion & Brand Activation:
    Collaborate with chefs, GMs, and the leadership team to drive attendance for ticketed events, holidays, pop-ups, and special activations.

  • Graphic Design & Photography (Optional):
    While not required, skills in photography, video content, or design (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) are a significant plus.

  • Property Visits:
    Travel between restaurant locations in the D.C. area to gather content, support events, and coordinate with operations and culinary teams


  • Qualifications :

    • 2+ years of experience in hospitality or restaurant marketing

    • Strong written and visual storytelling abilities

    • Proficient in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), social media platforms, and CMS systems (e.g., Squarespace, WordPress)

    • Excellent organizational and project management skills

    • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally

    • Design or photography/videography experience a plus

    • Passion for food, hospitality, and brand building
