Design and maintain internal enablement content for both human teams and AI systems to ensure operational excellence Gather and analyze information to create robust training materials and AI Agent enablement content Develop structured learning paths that progress from conceptual understanding to practical application Curate a variety of training materials, including written guides, videos, and quizzes, aligning them with process documentation Evaluate training program effectiveness and refine materials based on feedback and knowledge assessments What is Required (Qualifications)

3+ years of proven work experience in Adult Learning, Training & Development Strong experience in designing learning content and iterating on existing materials Ability to break down complex topics into clear, structured documentation for training Experience working with AI Agents, chatbots, or knowledge-driven automation systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and analytical abilities How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
