Payroll Specialist Platform Upgrade Project Location: Nashville, TN Employment Type: Contract (6 months+)

Due to an upcoming upgrade to the ADP payroll platform, we are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to help ensure a smooth transition. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy, this is your chance to make a big impact.

What You’ll Do

Audit payroll data before, during, and after the upgrade (ADP WFN)

Validate data integrity and resolve discrepancies

Participate in system testing and verify payroll calculations

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Generate audit reports and recommend process improvements

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams

What We’re Looking For

35 years of payroll experience, including auditing and compliance

Hands‑on experience with payroll system upgrades (UKG, ADP, Workday, etc.)

Strong knowledge of multi‑state payroll regulations

Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools

Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities

Pay Rate $28-31/hr
