The Paralegal will play a vital role in supporting the firm’s efforts to provide exceptional legal services to clients in the Healthcare practice group.

Ideal Candidate
Provide comprehensive litigation support in healthcare matters from case inception through resolution
Manage all phases of discovery, including document collection, ESI review and production, privilege logs, and subpoenas
Draft and assist with pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and correspondence
Prepare materials for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial, including exhibits and witness files
Maintain case files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with court rules and scheduling orders
Review, organize, and summarize medical records, billing data, and reimbursement documentation
Support internal investigations, audits, and responses to government or regulatory inquiries
Coordinate with clients, experts, vendors, and e‑discovery providers
Qualifications
7+ years of litigation paralegal experience, with a significant focus on healthcare or regulated industries
Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures in state and federal courts
Demonstrated experience with healthcare regulations and medical records management
Advanced proficiency with document management and e‑discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity or similar)
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and discretion
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and meet tight deadlines
