What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with customers and technical teams to define capability needs and deliver high-quality business solutions
Actively participate in the full software development lifecycle within Agile scrum teams, fulfilling various roles as needed
Support comprehensive requirements testing to minimize production issues and analyze customer impacts
Ensure adherence to organizational standards and secure necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle
Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management, providing clear documentation and project status updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a closely related field
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Information Systems/Information Technology
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodology
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
1 - 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma
1 - 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare industry
Certifications such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), Six Sigma, or Project Management Professional (PMP)
