Job Description
LHH is partnering with a large company to search for a temporary Financial Analyst for their team. The manager is looking for someone to partner directly with them for project work and for operational reporting. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant work experience in either accounting or finance. Microsoft Excel is utilized heavily in this role so you have to be comfortable navigating that software. Also, since you will be assisting with a variety of tasks and supporting different internal teams, professional communication skills are important. This is a contract position for five months that will be fully onsite in Bellevue, WA.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision‑making.
Create and analyze reports to support operational decisions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve business operations.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data and provide financial guidance for projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
At least three years of experience in accounting or finance.
Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial modeling techniques.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial analysis software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau).
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay Details Compensation: $38.00 to $40.00 per hour.
