What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Triage incoming Absence tickets and confirm scope
Monitor ticket progression for consistency, quality, and timely execution
Mentor and coach team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing
Act as the escalation point and subject matter expert for complex client issues
Develop and deliver thought leadership content to support AMS clients
What is Required (Qualifications)
Active Workday Certification in Workday Absence
5+ years of experience as a certified Workday consultant at the subject matter expert level
5+ years of post-production support for Workday Absence
Proven ability to mentor, coach, and enable consultants
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience connecting tactical AMS delivery with broader HR/technology transformation initiatives
Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration
Ability to successfully navigate client-facing situations and coordinate support resources
