About the Role
Retail Inventory Associate – Driver (Part‑time). You’ll work closely with one customer in the home improvement segment, transporting team members to inventory events, and recording inventory with accuracy. The role combines a driving duty with on‑site inventory management.
Responsibilities
Safely transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
Adhere to traffic laws, WIS driver safety requirements, and conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
Count and record inventory accurately using handheld scanners or count tools.
Follow a consistent workflow and meet daily performance goals.
Uphold WIS core values (Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation & Teamwork) and maintain a positive, inclusive environment.
Arrive on time, maintain reliable attendance and consistency, and remain friendly and team‑oriented.
Team Requirements & Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid driver’s license in the state of residence, with a minimum of 36 consecutive months of holding the license.
Three (3) years proven driving experience.
Willingness to undergo pre‑employment screening (MVR, investigational consumer report).
Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation.
Availability for flexible schedules, including early mornings, late nights, and occasional overnight stays.
Experience preferred: Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashier, Sales, Driver, or Warehouse work – no inventory experience required; training provided.
Strong focus, attention to detail, positive team attitude, and reliable attendance.
No degree required; experience valued; military background encouraged.
Reliable transportation.
