Job Summary The Head Coach of Women’s Golf will administer, coordinate, and supervise the collegiate golf program, ensuring compliance with NCAA rules while fostering athletic excellence and academic achievement.
Responsibilities
Coaching : Recruit and scout student‑athletes; develop relationships with high‑school, junior‑college, and club contacts; evaluate local, state, national, and international prospects.
Conduct official and unofficial campus visits; maintain knowledge of NCAA recruiting rules and coordinate with the NCAA Compliance Officer.
Instruct athletes during practice sessions, team and individual training; monitor academic progress and review professors’ reports to address absences.
Attend seminars, conferences, public speaking engagements, and community activities; involve the team in fundraising and community outreach.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline.
Three years of prior collegiate or professional golf coaching/instruction at the collegiate level.
NCAA Coaching Certification required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Detail‑oriented with strong prioritization and organizational skills.
Shift / Salary / Benefits
Shift: Days, Monday–Friday (additional business hours may be required).
Pay Band: B13 – Salary range $68,500 to $87,300 annually (commensurate with qualifications).
Benefits: Health, dental, and life insurance; Teachers Retirement System (or Optional Retirement Plan); vacation, sick leave, and 13 paid holidays. Tuition Assistance Program available after 6 months’ employment.
Recruitment Period: Until Filled.

Successful completion of a background check.
