What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and deliver targeted training solutions, including new hire onboarding and recurrent team training

Facilitate courses while demonstrating desired behaviors and effective communication

Evaluate trainee performance readiness and provide personalized feedback to help learners succeed

Collaborate with training colleagues to enable knowledge sharing across the organization

Identify and recommend process improvements in training and development

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

5+ years of internal and/or external virtual and in-person training experience

Previous experience in the healthcare industry or strong knowledge of the industry

Proven ability to apply adult learning best practices in training development and delivery

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in supporting, training, and motivating others to perform well

Solid project management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines

Ability to seek feedback and implement improvements effectively

Familiarity with new methodologies in the training industry
