What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
Conduct inspections and maintenance on U-Haul trucks and trailers
Answer customer inquiries and provide education on products and services
Prepare rental invoices and manage equipment returns
What is Required (Qualifications):
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing at least 50 lbs
Willingness to work in environments with moderate risks or discomforts
Commitment to maintaining a nicotine‑free workplace as per the employer's policy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in customer service or a related field
Familiarity with equipment maintenance and inspection
Ability to drive a forklift (certification provided by the employer)
Willingness to participate in ongoing training programs
Basic knowledge of U-Haul products and services
