The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key executive leader, responsible for the full spectrum of accounting, tax, and financial functions. This includes building and leading the finance team, maintaining ledgers, and delivering accurate financial reports. The successful candidate will also be involved in strategic decision-making, ensuring fiscal health, and driving data-driven growth. Key responsibilities for the CFO at the company include preparing consolidated quarterly financial statements under US GAAP, managing financial projections, and overseeing various financial and business processes. The role demands a strategic leader with a hands-on management style, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive accounting and finance leadership experience is required, with a proven track record in financial strategy and capital raising. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling, analysis, and reporting skills, as well as expertise in US GAAP, revenue recognition, and compliance requirements. A CPA certification is mandatory. The CFO will also be expected to have a collaborative mindset, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
