About the Role
The Company is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in driving change and ensuring patient satisfaction by building strong working relationships with care professionals and physicians. This strategic position involves partnering with the CEO to optimize operational efficiency across multiple departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate completion of monthly financial statements, balance sheet account reconciliations, and corporate required reports. Additionally, the CFO will direct the operations of the Revenue Cycle, supervise various financial and accounting departments, and provide financial leadership and guidance to facility managers.
Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a business-related field with a major in accounting, a minimum of 4 years' of successful CFO/Controller or related experience in a healthcare setting, and a CPA or Master’s degree is a plus. Previous experience in behavioral healthcare is highly preferred. The role requires a candidate with demonstrated leadership ability, experience in information technology, and proficiency in software packages including Excel and Word. The CFO will also be involved in preparing annual capital budgets, ensuring compliance with industry trends and changes, and maintaining a focus on financial performance and compliance.
