The CFO will work in close partnership with the President and be responsible for the development, interpretation, coordination, and administration of the organization's financial, accounting, human resources, insurance, payroll, and internal controls and auditing policies. This role involves maintaining records and procedures to safeguard the organization's assets, providing leadership on long-range cost-effective solutions, and fostering excellence in the department staff. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, a minimum of 5 years of financial management experience, and a preference for a CPA qualification. Experience with nonprofits and grant programs is also a key requirement.
