About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its senior leadership team. The CFO will work in close partnership with the President and be responsible for the development, interpretation, coordination, and administration of the organization's financial, accounting, human resources, insurance, payroll, and internal controls and auditing policies. This role involves maintaining records and procedures to safeguard the organization's assets, providing leadership on long-range cost-effective solutions, and fostering excellence in the department staff. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, a minimum of 5 years of financial management experience, and a preference for a CPA qualification. Experience with nonprofits and grant programs is also a key requirement.

The successful candidate for the Chief Financial Officer position at the company will be a strategic leader with a strong financial background, particularly in the nonprofit sector.
