Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity seeks experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) with certification to support K-12 students in a vibrant Florida school environment. Positions range from full-time maternity leave coverage to part-time roles across elementary, middle, and high school settings. Candidates will provide specialized speech-language services that foster communication development and support student success. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders for K-12 students. Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines. Deliver services in various school settings, adapting therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Qualifications and Experience: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or related field. Valid Florida State License for Speech-Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Experience working in school settings preferred, with varying levels of expertise welcomed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, and educational teams. Location: Positions available in multiple schools across the Oviedo and Sanford areas of Florida, including high schools, middle schools, and elementary/high school splits. Contract Details: Contract duration through late May with starting dates as soon as possible. Full-time and part-time roles available to fit varied caseload needs.
