A Cath Lab Technologist opportunity is available in Middleburg, FL on a contract basis, focusing on advanced cardiac and peripheral procedures. This position requires a skilled professional proficient in scrub techniques and patient monitoring within a high-acuity cath lab environment. Responsibilities: Perform and assist in diagnostic left heart catheterizations, PCI, STEMI interventions, carotid stenting, and peripheral diagnostics and interventions. Utilize advanced equipment such as GE Innova, OCT, Boston IVUS, Impella, IABP, RotoPro, CSI, and Penumbra devices. Document procedures accurately using MacLab and Meditech systems. Rotate weekends and holidays on schedule alongside hospital employees. Support prep and recovery areas when necessary. Participate in on-call rotations averaging 15-18 days monthly. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and either RCIS, RCES, or RT(R). Experience with scrub duties for LHC, RHC, PCI, STEMI, and peripheral procedures. Ability to monitor patients during procedures. Minimum of 1 year of relevant cath lab experience preferred. Willingness to work 4 shifts of 10 hours each per week.
