About the Job
Domino’s Pizza seeks a Customer Service Representative with personality, people skills, and enthusiasm for the pizza industry. Part‑time or full‑time schedules, flexible hours, and a supportive environment. The position offers the opportunity to grow into management and other roles within the organization.
Responsibilities
Operate all store equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare pizza products and other menu items.
Receive and process telephone orders and in‑person orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Provide verbal, written, and telephone communication with customers and coworkers.
Qualifications
Must be 16 years of age or older.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Physical requirements: standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, stooping, bending.
Good verbal, written, and telephone skills.
Work Conditions & Physical Requirements Domino’s stores operate in varying temperatures (36°F–90°F+), exposure to cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500°F, and mechanical parts. Physical tasks include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying trays up to 12 lbs, pushing up to 7.5 lbs, stooping/bending up to 45 seconds per position, and reaching above 72°.
