notifyMD . We are looking for Bilingual (Spanish/English) Call Center Agents that work from home to add to our growing team. We provide on the job PAID training. Previous call center work is a plus, but is not required. If you excel in customer service, know your way around computers, have a friendly and positive attitude and have excellent writing and communication skills, then this position is for you. Compensation
Compensation:
$20/Hour Responsibilities
You will professionally handle incoming calls, greet callers in a positive and helpful way, provide and request required information, transfer calls, or take messages as necessary. You will work on our state‑of‑the‑art call processing system and will be trained on a variety of call center tools to help properly prioritize customer needs. We are an inbound call center only; we do not perform any outbound or sales calls. Qualifications
Bilingual – fluent in reading/writing/speaking both Spanish and English Must be available to work a weekend day (Sat or Sun each week) Holiday work required A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone Strong spelling and grammar Computer skills Dependability The ability to type 35 words per minute or more A quiet home office free from distractions Shifts Offered
Part‑Time: 14.5‑19.5 hours, dependent on shifts available Shift schedules available vary; it is a set schedule Mon‑Fri, with one weekend day (Sat OR Sun) Training: 1‑2 Weeks Equal Opportunity Employer
