Pay Rate Range: $23-$28/HR, case dependent
Full time, AM/PM and overnight shifts

Qualifications
Active, unencumbered LPN license
TB skin test – 2 step, current within last 12 months
Minimum six months of prior hands‑on nursing experience
Reliable transportation
Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
Continuing education required by state
