This full‑time Special Education teaching position is based onsite at a middle school in Cordova, TN, on a contract basis for the current school year (CSY). The role involves managing a caseload that includes one elementary resource room/self-contained setting and one inclusion middle school classroom. Responsibilities include providing direct instruction, lesson planning, academic testing, reports, paperwork, and other indirect services to support student success.
Qualifications
Valid Tennessee Special Education (SPED) License
Experience working with diverse special education populations preferred
Ability to manage multiple classroom settings and effectively deliver individualized instruction
