Teach and instruct agency customers and end users on complex software products and services Conduct on-site and remote training for Motorola Flex software and third-party software Present training using various methods, including lectures and online projections Manage communication with customer contacts regarding training schedules Complete department-required reports within set standards What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Motorola Flex software Must have a valid driver's license Ability to pass a stringent fingerprint background check for high-security areas Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
