What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Teach and instruct agency customers/end users on the use and operating methods of complex software products and services
Conduct on-site and remote training for Motorola Flex software and designated third-party software
Present training using various classroom methodologies, including lectures and online projection
Manage communication with customer contacts related to the training schedule
Complete department-required reports within established standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Motorola Flex software
Valid driver's license required
Ability to pass a stringent fingerprint background check for high-security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's CJIS Security Policy
U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Motorola Flex Administration
