What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Teach and instruct agency customers and end users on the use of complex software products and services

Conduct on-site and remote training for Motorola Flex software and designated third-party software

Present training using various classroom methods, including lectures and online projection

Manage communication with customer contacts related to the training schedule

Complete department-required reports within set standards

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or equivalent

1+ years of experience working with Motorola Flex software

Must have a valid driver's license

Ability to pass a stringent fingerprint background check as per US Department of Justice's CJIS Security Policy

U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with Motorola Flex Administration
