What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Teach and instruct agency customers and staff on complex software products and services

Conduct on-site and remote training for Motorola Flex software and designated third-party software

Present training using various methods, including lectures and online projections

Complete department-required reports within set standards

Manage communication with customer contacts related to training schedules

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma or equivalent

1+ years of experience working with Motorola Flex software

Must have a valid driver's license

Ability to pass a stringent fingerprint background check due to security requirements

U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contract

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with Motorola Flex Administration
