What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Teach and instruct agency customers and staff on the use and operating methods of complex software products
Conduct on-site and remote training for Motorola Flex software and designated third-party software
Present training using various methods, including lectures and online projection
Manage communication with customer contacts related to the training schedule
Complete department-required reports within set standards
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience working with Motorola Flex software
Must have a valid driver's license
Ability to pass a fingerprint background check due to working in high-security areas
U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Motorola Flex Administration
