Maintenance Technician
Roxbury Hospital is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Tech to work at our Shippensburg behavioral healthcare facility. This position is a Monday‑Friday role with on‑call overnight and weekend rotations.
Responsibilities
Assist the Director, Plant Operations/Support Services with daily facility‑management operations.
Install, repair, and maintain drywall; mechanical equipment; HVAC; plumbing systems; sprinkler systems; appliances; electrical equipment; receptacles; smoke detectors; emergency lighting; light bulbs and other building components.
Conduct weekly and monthly inspections and tours to ensure building integrity.
Test extinguishers, exit lighting, and generators per safety protocols.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
Minimum one year of maintenance experience (Preferred).
Driver’s License (Required).
