Job Responsibilities
Draft and edit national and state‑level underwriting communications and policy manuals
Track, monitor, and analyze legislative activity affecting real estate in all 50 states
Provide guidance to local underwriting leadership on form and rate manuals
Review court decisions that impact real estate conveyance and mortgaging
Assist in the development and coordination of state‑level advocacy strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3–5 years of professional experience as a Paralegal
Outstanding writing and editing skills
Intermediate proficiency in Excel
General knowledge of the legislative process
Preferred Qualifications
Completion of a paralegal program preferred
Paralegal certification preferred
Strong research and summarization skills
Detail‑oriented with excellent time management abilities
Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
