What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist customers inside and outside the employer center with products and services
Utilize smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
Move and hook up trucks and trailers, ensuring proper equipment handling
Clean and inspect equipment, checking fluid levels as necessary
Prepare rental invoices and handle returned equipment
What is Required (Qualifications)
Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
Willingness to adhere to safety precautions and use protective gear when necessary
Availability to participate in ongoing training and education programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Familiarity with equipment maintenance or repairs
Ability to drive a forklift (certification offered through the employer)
Experience with inventory management systems or rental processes
Certification in propane filling (training provided upon employment)
