Duties
Analyzes the effectiveness, appropriateness, and usefulness of strategies and practices used with students, parents, and staff.
Participates as a member of a team (IEP/IFSP, Placement, etc.) and assumes appropriate roles; leads, follows, and supports others in a productive manner.
Assesses students’ levels of functioning and their therapy needs.
Participates in development of IEP/IFSP for each eligible student.
Designs, implements, and supervises delivery of instructional programs to meet IEP/IFSP goals.
Collects, records, and evaluates therapy data.
Effectively manages student behavior.
Education and Experience Requires a valid SLP license from the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology prior to the first day of employment, or a Teachers Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) license that has an endorsement for either communication disorders or speech impairment.

Salary SALARY : $55,238 - $85,848 per year (based on the 2025-26 salary schedule and independent upon relevant verifiable experience).
