Retail Supervisor - Inventory Position at WIS International. Part‑time role, starting wage $18.00 - $20.00.

What You Will Do

Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters.

Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success.

Lead & engage – primary point of contact for event‑related concerns and support district or district manager directives, driving operational excellence.

Team Requirements

At least 18 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.

Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.

Flexibility to work varied schedules in support of district manager and customer commitments.

Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.

Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools.

Strong focus and attention to detail.

Reliable attendance and consistency.

Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Access to reliable transportation.

Willing to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen if required.

A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting WIS fleet driver requirements may be required.

Working Conditions Position requires ability to stand for prolonged periods, occasional walking, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, low level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), use a ladder, lift and carry up to 25 lbs., travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
