What You Will Do
Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters.
Follow a consistent workflow – your playbook for success.
Lead & engage – serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event‑related concerns, supporting directives from the Area or District Manager, and driving operational excellence by maximizing team productivity.

Team Requirements
At least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
Flexible schedule availability to support District Manager and customer commitments
Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts
Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools
Strong focus and attention to detail
Reliable attendance and consistency
Positive, team‑oriented attitude
Access to reliable transportation
Willis to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen if required
Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, or meet WIS Fleet driver requirements (may be required)

Working Conditions This position requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, repeated use of hands and wrists, low‑level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), use of ladders, lifting up to 25 lbs, and occasional travel by car or plane with overnight stays.
