About the Role
The Company is in search of an Assistant Dean for its Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program. The successful candidate will be a key figure in the academic leadership team, with a primary focus on the development and management of the nursing program. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the program, including curriculum development, faculty and staff support, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Assistant Dean will also be responsible for program budgeting, serving as a liaison with clinical sites, and maintaining educational partnerships. Additionally, the role includes student advocacy, program policy development, and participation in faculty recruitment and training.
Applicants for the Assistant Dean position must have a completed MSN, a current RN license, and a minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role, 2 years' in teaching within nursing programs, and 2 years' as a registered nurse in direct patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervision, planning, and budget management, as well as demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills.
