We are seeking a project superintendent with experience in homebuilding and construction who is available in the Fort Worth/ West Fort Worth area.

Full Job Description ·

Coordinate and supervise crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials for multiple jobs, ensuring standards are achieved, project schedules are met and budgets are maintained. ·

Supervise a team of workers, including managing work schedules, tracking project progress, and allocating resources. ·

Coordinate job schedules, address changes, and resolve any construction issues. ·

Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure all work aligns with drawings, specifications, and schedule ·

Assist with the coordination of material and equipment deliveries with vendors and suppliers. ·

Resolve or participate in resolving construction problems. ·

Maintain a daily log of the job site's operations, providing reports to management as necessary. ·

Monitor compliance with safety program requirements, document findings, and ensure corrective measures are implemented. ·

Implement cost-effective and efficient management techniques. ·

Discuss potential changes to the job as needed to meet construction deadlines.

Qualifications ·

Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent of high-end residential construction ·

Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trades ·

Ability to read and interpret architecturally driven construction plans ·

Detail-oriented with high quality standards ·

Strong quantitative and analytical skills ·

Good organizational skills ·

Ability to quickly adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment ·

Problem-solving skills with attention to detail ·

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently ·

Bachelors degree preferred ·

US work authorization ·

Reliable vehicle ·

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Job Type:

Full-Time Pay : From $80,000 per year
