The Assistant to the Assistant Dean provides administrative support to the Assistant Dean for Muslim Life in the Office of Religious Life. The position reports to the Assistant Dean, the Muslim Chaplain on campus, and is the key contact on administrative issues for the Muslim Life Program at Princeton./ppThis position supports the Assistant Dean by coordinating meetings and keeping the Assistant Deans calendar, collecting and sharing information, preparing reports, managing social media and communications, maintaining financial and other records, and completing special projects as assigned. The incumbent also works with the Muslim Students Association board leadership and ensures all documents are submitted accurately and timely./ppThe candidate must have excellent organizational and writing skills, and experience working with students in an academic setting.
