Job Details
- Work in the Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit of a hospital,
- Three 12-hour day shifts per week required,
- Patient care involves a varied adult population requiring telemetry monitoring,
- Assignment is 13 weeks in duration,
Job Requirements
- Active DC RN license is required at the time of consideration,
- Minimum of two years of Med/Surg Tele experience in a US hospital required,
- Certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA) are required,
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification is mandated,
- Two manager or supervisor references preferred, with at least one from the most recent employer,
- Candidate must possess a valid US Social Security Number,
Additional Information
- Must live at least 25 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler,
- Responsibilities include performing assessments, delivering competent patient care, and documenting according to hospital policy,
- Role involves providing care across the lifespan and interpreting patient needs,
- Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations may be required prior to start,
