Travel RN - Med/Surg Tele

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical/Surgical Tele position in an IMC unit requiring a DC RN license and 2 years of specialty experience.

Job Details

- Work in an Intermediate Care (IMC) unit with a medical/surgical telemetry patient population,

- 12-hour shifts, three shifts per week,

- Assignment length is 13 weeks,

- Uses Cerner EMR; prior Cerner experience required,

- Must live at least 25 miles from the facility,

Job Requirements

- Active DC RN license required at the time of application,

- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Tele experience in a US hospital required,

- Current AHA certifications: BLS and ACLS required,

- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and CPI certifications required,

- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program required,

- BSN highly desired,

- Experience with Cerner EMR required,

- US Social Security Number required for consideration,

- Two supervisor or manager references preferred from the last 12 months,
