Job Description
* Manage all phases of civil and municipal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
* Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and compliance with public sector standards
* Ensure adherence to project specifications and regulatory requirements
* Lead OAC meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
* Monitor progress, resolve issues, and enforce safety protocols

The Successful Applicant
* 4+ years of experience in civil, municipal, or school construction project management
* Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure projects
* Strong knowledge of ground-up construction and public sector compliance
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with industry-standard project management software
