American Traveler is seeking a Med/Surg RN for a night float pool position requiring IV start and telemetry experience with an active OH or compact RN license.
Job Details
- Hospital setting on a Med/Surg float pool,
- Floats to units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed,
- Cares for adult Med/Surg patient population,
- Handles patient ratios of 1:4-5,
- Schedule consists of three 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) including weekend nights,
- Uses Epic EMR system and telemetry monitoring equipment,
Job Requirements
- Active OH or compact RN license required,
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience,
- Current BCLS certification,
- Proficient with IV start and telemetry monitoring,
- Experience with Epic EMR,

- Must provide high-quality nursing care and demonstrate flexibility in floating within units,
- Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential,
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail are required,
- Holiday coverage is expected according to unit needs,
