An established firm based in the western suburbs is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join their team. This Attorney will have experience with corporate matters related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity offerings, restructurings, entity selection and formation, general corporate matters, and sophisticated commercial contract work , ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters.
Offer:
Salary range: $115,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experience
Performance-based bonuses

Qualifications:

Develop a sophisticated practice in a collegial environment which also provides ongoing business development training.
