Key Responsibilities
* Provide legal counsel and representation in litigation matters, from pre-trial through trial and appeal phases.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal memoranda, briefs, and other documents necessary for case management.
* Develop and implement litigation strategies to optimize outcomes in disputes and regulatory compliance.
* Counsel clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential risks associated with litigation and contractual agreements.
* Manage case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date in accordance with legal standards.
* Collaborate with external counsel, experts, and stakeholders to support case strategies and resolutions.
Qualifications
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on contract law and trial preparation.
* Strong proficiency in legal writing and documentation, with excellent attention to detail.
* Proven negotiation and dispute resolution skills, with a track record of successful outcomes.
* Experience in regulatory compliance and client counseling is preferred.
