What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
Help customers resolve basic technical issues
Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
Offer additional products and/or services
Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
What is Required (Qualifications):
6 months of customer service experience
High school diploma or GED
Open availability for scheduling
Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from at home
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Eagerness to learn new technologies
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
Desktop or laptop available for PC and internet testing
High-speed internet connection (no wireless/hotspots or satellite)
