Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
Levacy Legal is seeking an experienced, detail‑oriented Title Closer/Escrow Agent to join our rapidly growing, investor‑focused real‑estate law firm. This is a unique opportunity to help build the title division from the ground up and play a key role in shaping its future. We are at an exciting stage of expansion, and the right candidate will have a clear pathway to eventually lead and manage the title and escrow operations of the firm. The position is remote for now, but all candidates must be based in Tampa Bay. The ideal candidate will have a book of business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage residential and commercial closings with accuracy and professionalism.
Process and clear title, coordinate closing dates, prepare closing disclosures, ALTA/HUD statements, deeds, affidavits, related closing documents, and disburse post‑closing.
Communicate directly with buyers, sellers, realtors, investors, lenders, and attorneys by phone and email.
Maintain and reconcile escrow accounts in compliance with Florida regulations and ALTA best practices.
Disburse funds, finalize recording packages, and complete post‑closing follow‑up.
Utilize your existing network and book of business to support and grow the firm’s title operations.
Work closely with attorneys and staff to deliver responsive, high‑quality service to clients.
Help develop internal processes and contribute to the long‑term structure of the title division.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Title Closer, Escrow Officer, or equivalent role in the Florida real‑estate industry.
Existing book of business (realtors, lenders, investors, wholesalers, or developers).
Strong understanding of Florida real‑estate, title insurance, settlement procedures, and escrow laws.
Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume closings independently.
Highly responsive, organized, and detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑through.
Comfortable dealing directly with clients and resolving issues proactively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Qualia.
Ability to work reliably in a remote environment without close supervision.
Spanish language skills are a plus.
This role offers advancement potential into leadership positions for candidates who demonstrate initiative, accuracy, and commitment to the team.
