What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Handle inbound calls from Medicaid members and providers regarding eligibility, benefits, claims, and billing

Provide accurate and empathetic information about Medicaid policies and coverage

Complete HIPAA-compliant identity verification before discussing member-specific details

Document call interactions and follow-up steps accurately in internal systems

Investigate and resolve issues such as denied claims and billing discrepancies

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School diploma or GED

Entry-level position requiring little or no previous experience

Experience in call center or customer service roles preferred

Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

Strong communication skills and ability to multitask using multiple systems
