As a Technical Support Agent, you will assist German‑speaking clients by providing exceptional technical support and solutions related to our products. Base pay range provided by Mercier Consultancy MD; actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding technical support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products efficiently Guide customers through solutions with clear, step-by-step instructions Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support database Collaborate with internal teams to elevate complex technical problems when necessary Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product developments and policies to provide the best support Requirements
Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous Experience in a technical support role is preferred but not mandatory Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze technical issues Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with customers Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Willingness to relocate to Greece and a passion for providing exceptional customer service Benefits
