Tax Associate

Sales & Recruiting Specialist | Client Relations | Talent Sourcing | Strong Communicator | Fast Learner Our client, an AM 100 Law Firm is seeking an associate attorney who brings experience from a broad-based federal transactional tax practice, with work spanning:

Domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, buyouts, joint ventures, and strategic alliances

Private equity and hedge fund transactions

Real estate and REIT taxation

Complex capital markets matters, including structured notes

Bankruptcy and restructuring matters

Structured finance and securitization

Lending and project finance

Start-up and early‑stage company transactions

You will independently manage significant components of complex transactions, working directly with deal teams and clients from structuring through execution.

You possess strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills, and exercise sound judgment in fast‑paced transactional environments.

You are an active member of the New York or California Bar.

Base pay range $260,000.00/yr – $365,000.00/yr
