Retail Supervisor - Inventory

invites experienced inventory leaders to join our dynamic retail team.
Salary Starting at $20.00 – $22.00 per hour. Part-time shifts available.

Key Responsibilities
Coach and train Inventory Associates to achieve accuracy and consistency.
Follow a clear, consistent workflow to drive operational excellence.
Lead and engage the team, serving as the primary point of contact for event-related concerns.
Support the District or Area Manager in executing directives and maximizing team productivity.
Uphold core values: Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, Teamwork.
Assist with on‑site inventories, district travel planning, and equipment logistics.
Ensure a safe environment for all Inventory Associates.
Act as a backup to the Area Manager when needed.
Demonstrate strong work ethic and collaborative spirit in a fast‑paced environment.
Show expertise in WIS core values, safety protocols, and policies.
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time‑management skills.
Strong customer‑service and conflict‑resolution abilities.
Flexible schedule and willingness to work varied hours.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and remain active throughout shifts.
Competency with handheld scanners or counting tools.
Attention to detail and reliable attendance.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Preferred: candidates with no degree, returning to workforce, military experience.
Reliable transportation required.
Willingness to undergo a pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen if required.
Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance may be required.
Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records considered per LA County FCO and California Fair Chance Act.
Working Conditions This position requires standing for extended periods, repetitive hand and wrist motions, kneeling, squatting, and occasional ladder use. The ability to lift up to 25 lbs., travel by car or plane, and occasional overnight stays is also necessary.
