per hour, with opportunities for productivity‑based increases up to $5.00.

To qualify you must possess a valid driver’s license in your state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months, and have at least three years of proven driving experience.

What You Will Do

Act as a safety first driver, transporting team members to and from inventory events and ensuring compliance with traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements.

Conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.

Count and record inventory accurately.

Follow a clear, consistent workflow and meet daily performance goals.

Move between inventory locations – walk or stand for extended periods.

Celebrate when goals are met, earning productivity‑based wage increases.

Team Requirements

At least 21 years of age.

Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier or sales, driver or warehouse work is preferred.

No inventory experience required – training provided for disciplined candidates.

Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.

Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.

Strong focus and attention to detail.

Reliable attendance with a commitment to consistency.

Positive, team‑oriented attitude; encourages diverse applicants, including those with no degree, returning to the workforce, or with military experience.

Access to reliable transportation.

Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered pursuant to the LA County FCO and the California Fair Chance Act.

Must submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening, and MVR check.

Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation.

Availability for flexible schedules, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

Inventory Associate Driver Requirements

Valid driver’s license, 36 consecutive months in the state of residence.

Minimum of three years proven driving experience.

Pre‑employment screening and MVR check required.

Familiarity with GPS and navigation.

Flexible availability for early mornings, late nights, and varying hours.

Material Job Duties

Pickup, drop off, and drive rental and company vehicles.

Pick up employees from designated meet sites on time.

Transport additional employees as needed for short staffing.

Safely transport employees to inventory events, mapping efficient routes.

Assist with miscellaneous tasks such as picking up equipment and managing shipping or pickups.

Adjust driving plan for safety and efficiency.

Complete vehicle inspections and cleanliness in line with safety and fleet policies.

Escalate safety, vehicle, employee, or customer concerns to District, Area, or Inventory Supervisors.

Build rapport and engage professionally with all team members.

Maintain vehicle cleanliness at all times.

Schedule vehicle maintenance and service appointments promptly.

Assist with safety checks at event start‑up, including ladder safety inspections.

May be asked to count at inventory events to assist in meeting goals.

Working Conditions Requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, squatting, kneeling, or crouching, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, lift up to 25 lbs., travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
