WIS Retail Driver Associate - What You Will Do

Primarily work with a single customer in the home improvement segment.

Safe transportation of team members to and from inventory events; adhere to traffic laws and WIS safety requirements, conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.

Count and record inventory with precision.

Follow a clear, consistent workflow; work playbook for success.

Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.

Meet daily performance goals; earn productivity‑based wage increases.

Team Requirements

At least 21 years of age.

Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work; no inventory experience acceptable if disciplined.

Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.

Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.

Strong focus and attention to detail.

Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.

Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

Inventory Associate Driver Requirement

Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.

Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.

Must submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening, MVR check.

Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation.

Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including early mornings and late nights.

Material Job Duties

Pick up, drop off, and regularly drive rental and company‑owned vehicles.

Pick up employees from designated meet sites on time.

Pick up and transport additional or nearby employees in cases of short staffing.

Safely and timely transport employees to and from inventory events, mapping driving routes.

Fulfill miscellaneous tasks and errands to assist in meeting customer and company demands.

Proactively adjust driving plan for efficiency and safety.

Complete required vehicle inspections and cleanings per Safety and Fleet policies.

Work closely with District Managers, Area Managers, and Inventory Supervisors to promptly communicate safety or vehicle concerns.

Build rapport and engage professionally with all team members.

Maintain vehicle cleanliness at all times.

Schedule required vehicle maintenance and service appointments.

Assist with safety checks at event start‑up, including ladder safety inspections.

May be asked to occasionally count at inventory events.

Working Conditions Requires ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands and wrists repetitively, squat, kneel, or crouch; use ladder; lift up to 25 lbs; frequent travel via car and occasional via plane, including overnight stays.
